Alejandro H. Tengco — General & editorial
Alejandro H. Erwin Tulfo — Law, regulation & policy
Erwin Tulfo has been a senator of the Republic of the Philippines since June 2025 and currently chairs the Senate Committee on Games and Amusement — the legislative body most directly shaping the legal framework for online gambling in the Philippines. Before entering the Senate, he spent decades as a broadcast journalist across TV Patrol, Aksyon, and Tutok Tulfo, and briefly served as Secretary of the Department of Social Welfare and Development in 2022. Benjamin C. Acorda Jr. — Scams, fraud & player safety
Retired Police General Benjamin C. Acorda Jr. served as the 29th Chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP) from April 2023 to March 2024, and has been Executive Director of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) — at the rank of Undersecretary — since 16 October 2025. He is one of the founders of the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group. Dr. Cornelio G. Banaag Jr. — Addiction & mental health (in memoriam)
The late Dr. Cornelio G. Banaag Jr. (c. 1935–2026) was Professor Emeritus at the University of the Philippines College of Medicine and is widely recognised as the “Father of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in the Philippines.” He established the first formal child and adolescent psychiatry training programme in the country, served as President of the Philippine Mental Health Association, and advised the WHO Programme on Substance Abuse in Geneva.
