Acceptance of these Terms
By registering for an account, accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming pages. Eligibility and account
Age and location
You must be at least 21 years of age to access or use any gambling-related features of the Site. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines, strictly enforced under applicable Philippine law and the Operator’s licence conditions issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You are also responsible for ensuring that use of the Site is lawful in your jurisdiction. All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, articles, reviews, graphics, logos, layout, design, software, databases, and source code — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act 8293). All rights are reserved.
Third-party trademarks, trade names, service marks, and brand names that appear on the Site remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or licence from those third parties beyond what is expressly stated.
No rights in any intellectual property are granted to you except for the limited use licence described in the section above. Any attempt to copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Site’s content or software without authorisation constitutes an infringement of the Operator’s intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under RA 8293.

- Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
The Site does not promote offshore or Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator (POGO) platforms, which are permanently banned under Republic Act 12312 (October 2025), nor does it carry any e-sabong (online cockfighting) content, in accordance with the PAGCOR moratorium in effect since May 2022. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to the Site, without prejudice to any legal action the Operator may take.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, operators, or platforms for your convenience and information. The inclusion of any such link does not imply endorsement, approval, or control by the Operator of that third-party site or its content, products, or services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Operator does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, nor that any information published on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law — including the Consumer Act (RA 7394) — the Operator, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Indemnification

Before resorting to litigation, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator. If mediation fails, the matter shall proceed to the competent courts as provided above.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect (severability). These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator with respect to your use of the Site.
